ABS workout, it is generally known that the abdominal muscles is most easily obtained by regular and proper diet where the percentage of body fat plays the most important role. Although this opinion is completely accurate and truthful however it should be mentioned that this is not the only way of getting a flat and firm stomach, because stomach muscles can define and develop like any other muscle group. This can often be seen in the professional fitness and bodybuilding athletes have thicker and bigger abs although a higher percentage of body fat which sometimes amounts to 15%. These athletes have advanced level of muscular development that allows them to have a well-defined abs despite higher percentage of body fat.
