Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with two tablespoons of olive oil and pour over kale leaves cleaned. Arrange the leaves on slick paper plate and place in a preheated oven at 175 degrees. Bake about 10 minutes until the edges of kale slowly become brown. Finally sprinkle them with a little salt.
