Take a large piece of ginger, wash it and cut into small pieces.
Put the pieces in a larger bowl and add 2 sticks of cinnamon, 2 star anise and 4 cups of water. Once the liquid boils, remove it from the fire and leave it covered for 10 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and one lemon juice and your potion is ready.
