Super Breakfast Ingredients :
-pan of muffins
-little lubricating oil
-4-5 cherry tomatoes
-half hand parsley
-1 hand spinach
-50 grams/ ham / prosciutto
-a pinch of salt and pepper

Super Breakfast Preparation :
Grease the muffins baking pan with a little oil and place in each mold one egg, adding a little chopped tomatoes, spinach, parsley and prosciutto or ham. Salt and add the remaining dry seasonings as desired.
